Embarking on a culinary odyssey to the magical land of Shikoku, Japan in search of nature’s treasures. Filling our suitcases with Yuzu and other local ingredients, we returned to Park Hyatt Bangkok to host a 3-day extravaganza, culminating with a 15 chef, 15 course dinner party on the last night.
